El hotel es precioso. Increíble tener dentro de un oasis esta belleza. El personal del front desk… maravilloso nos ayudo mucho con un problema de transporte…. Y nuestro Tuc tuc recomendado inmejorable…. Hasta fotógrafo experto.
Es Muy sucio. En la habitación saltó una cucaracha gigante, los asientos están completamente sucios y manchados. El piso también, incluso con manchas ya negras y el techo del baño con telarañas. Podrían esforzarse en el aseo y sería perfecto

Omg.. if you are looking for a hotel in Bagan, you need to stay in Umbra Hotel in Bagan!! The bed, water, toilet, view, staffs are all good:) the hotel is much bigger and nicer than the pictures!

Se loved our stay in Umbra Hotel If you to Bagan this is really a great option! It’s in Old Bagan and has its own temple inside The rooms and facilities are very good and food and restaurants are very good also! The staff is super friendly and kind!!
That they don’t accept credit or debit cards and we stayed a week so it is difficult to carry or get that much cash to pay And when we tried to pay in euros they did not accept them and when they finally agreed to take them they gave us a rate -40% of market value If you go take enough USD that’s the easiest and cheapest way to pay
